WHITE CANYON is a Norwegian country/Rock band. in 1991 we released a CD/ cassette in Norway and USA that sold approximately 20.000 copies. The single "Our love is not perfect", was pick of the week in Nashwille for 6 weeks:)
The title track, "White Canyon" and a cover of Patsy Cline's "Back in babys arms" and "Music is my life" (Written by Ivan Jonas) was on the Norwegian charts for quite a while.
This CD was produced by Ottar "Big Hand" Johansen, and released on Spectrum Records.

WHITE CANYON have toured in Norway, Denmark, Germany and in USA.

In August 1999 WHITE CANYON was one of the headliners in Kongeparken Countryfestival, (Stavanger, Norway), where the band delivered a great concert. After teaming up with Norwegian Country music guru/ manager Kjell Egeland, the future looks bright.

WHITE CANYON have so far recorded 4 songs for their upcoming CD. This time around the band will rely more on the songwriting talents within the band, so they can acheive a more "personal" touch to the music.

WHITE CANYON will record the main part of the upcoming album in Nashville, TN.
