The Miami International Short Film Festival calls producers worldwide to participate with their movies. It is into the Annual Program Without Frontiers to valorize Short Films Art, stimulating talent and artistic profit, more than economic investment. The Festival does not favor to famous ones nor discriminates against beginners. All the subjects, forms and techniques, are admitted. There is not censorship. Independently of the original format the shorts will be sent by Internet and displayed in the approved digital form. There is a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS submission option. The International Jury will award the Categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realization. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to the Best Short Film. The deadline to send the registrations to the 2004 Miami International Short Film Festival is June 30th.  Awards are programmed for October 31st, 2004.
