The Festival is incorporated into the Annual Program Without Frontiers to valorize talent and artistic outcome, instead of the financial investment.
It does not favor celebrities nor does it discriminate to beginners. Without censorship, all contents, forms and techniques are admitted.
For equality of opportunities, it does not consider the original format. All films will be displayed for evaluation of the Jury in the official digital format.
Producers will submit the Entry Form by Internet, and a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS copy to our technical provider for digitizing and converting.
The Festival will award screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, editing, and integral realization. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to Best Fiction Film and the Special Prize to Best Documentary Film.
The early deadline for registration to the GOLDEN GATE FICTION & DOCUMENTARY FESTIVAL 2004 is April 30th, 2004. The announcement of the Awards is programmed for November 30th, 2004. |
