 The Philadelphia Documentary & Fiction Festival does not favor to famous ones nor discriminates against beginners.
All the subjects, forms and techniques, are admitted. There is not censorship.
Does not matter the original format, the films will be displayed in the approved digital form. There is a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS submission option.
The International Jury will award the Categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realization. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to the Best Documentary Film and the The Special Prize to Best Fiction Film.
The late deadline to send the registrations to the 2004 Philadelphia Documentary & Fiction Festival is January 31st. Awards are programmed for May 30th, 2004. |
