This Festival is incorporated into the Annual Program Without Frontiers, focusing on talent and artistic outcome, instead of the financial investment. It does not favor celebrities nor does it discriminate beginners. All contents, forms and techniques, are admitted. There is no censorship in this Festival.    Last Best Documentary Film  For equality of opportunities, it does not consider the original format; films will be displayed for evaluation of the Jury in the official digital format. For registration, just submit the Entry Form by Internet, and a DVD, CD-ROM, miniDV or VHS copy to our technical provider for official digitizing and converting. The International Jury will award the Categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition,  and integral realization. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to Best Fiction Film and the Special Prize to Best Documentary Film. The deadline to send the registrations is September 30th, 2003. Announcement of the Awards is scheduled for January 31st, 2004.
