The Annual Program Without Frontiers organizes Online Film Festivals, with the goal of giving independent filmmakers a platform to get their work recognized on an international level.

Short Film Festivals accept films up to 30 minutes long, while Fiction and Documentary festivals don't have any time limits, so feature films are accepted. Films from all nacionalities and of all formats are welcome to participate. Films can be send both online or by regular mail.

The Festivals grant awards in the following categories: Direction, Screenplay, Integral Realization, Actress and Actor performance, Photography, Art Direction and Editing. There is also a Special Price to the Best Film. The Art Committee grants three Special Mentions.
