Create a survey
Mamut Online Survey makes it quick and simple to design surveys. Create questions using the format and with the content that you want. Common question types, such as multiple choice, rankings, lists and matrices/tables are predefined and ready for you to use. You can yourself define the design and information that you need.
Get feedback quickly
The program has a simple wizard that allows you to import the contacts who you want to receive the survey. Invitations will be sent by e-mail. The responses you get are recorded directly in the program. All of the information is easily available so that you at all times can see what your customers think. The program also includes functionality for sending follow-up e-mails, defining start and end dates, ensuring that the same person does not respond more than once and for tracing individual responses.
Analyse the results
Reports are immediately available once respondents have entered their responses, allowing you to follow developments as and when the responses arrive. All surveys have two predefined reports, the summary and comments reports, which are automatically created when a survey is published.
Scalability and availability
