Special booking terms

When you make an online booking you will receive an automatically generated copy of your order. Note that this is not an indication that your order has been read or handled by Nutti Sámi Siida AB.

1. Order confirmation:

An order confirmation will be sent to you. Please read the order confirmation as soon as you have received it. If something is incorrect please contact us immediately. A confirmed booking we see as one where the customer has taken part of price, programme and terms etc.

2. Terms of payment:

1-2 days tours:
The total amount of the order is paid against invoice latest 30 days before arrival. If no payment is carried out, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without previous announcement. If the booking is made less then 30 days before arrival the total amount of the order is paid against invoice within 5 days.

3-8 days tours:

We would like you to pay a deposit of 25 percent of the total amount of the reservation, latest 7 days after receiving the order confirmation. We keep a reservation of the programme until the deposit has been received by Nutti Sámi Siida AB, however not longer then 7 days. If no payment is carried out, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without previous announcement. The deposit is not refunded. The remaining 75 percent of the confirmed price is paid against invoice latest 30 days before arrival. If the booking is made less then 30 days before arrival the total amount of the order is paid against invoice within 5 days.

3. Payment is made to our bank account:

All payments are made in SEK (Swedish kronor).

4. Cancellation:

All cancellation must be in writing. In the event of cancellation more then 30 days before arrival only the deposit of 25 % is charged (3-8 days tours). Cancellation made less then less then 30 days before arrival is charged 100 % of the orders total value.

5. Reservation:
We have a minimum number of guests at our tours according to the product information for the tours. I your guest/you are the only guests at the tour and not fill the minimum number; we make a reservation against carrying through the tour. You will be informed if the tour is cancelled latest 60 days before the tours starting date.

6. Travel- and accident insurance:

The guests participate in the tour at their own responsibility. We advise the guest to sign their own travel- and accident insurances.

In event of an accident on our snowmobile tours an excess of maximum SEK 8 000 per incident/snowmobile will be charged to the person who was driving the damaged snowmobile.

7. Terms:
In addition to above terms we follow the SHR:s General Terms for Conferences and other Events. In the cases where SHR:s General Terms and above terms are contradictory the above terms are current. You find them att www.nutti.se/information/SHR´s General Terms.

8. General information about Travel Guarantees Act:

The selling of package tours is regulated in the Travel Guarantees Act. The purpose of the Act is to protect travellers if a travel arrangement is cancelled or interrupted. The Act applies to anyone who sells package tours. For more information contact the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency, +46 08 700 08 00.

Nutti Sámi Siida AB has lodged security with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency.
