Vi er involvert i misjon innenlands og utenlands, samt humanitær hjelp og hjelp til selvhjelp og barnehjem i følgende land:

ROMANIA: Vi som familie har bodd der i byen Constanta i snaut 2 år, og snakker rumensk. Der jobbet vi blant annet med kristne sigøynere som opplever stor vekkelse, men også stor materiell nød. Vi holder kontinuerlig tett kontakt med Romania.

INDIA: Vi samarbeider her med det meget seriøse arbeidet til John og Rachel Lazarus, samt deres sønn Kingsly. De driver en stiftelse som heter SHARING HANDS TRUST, 2 barnehjem, støtte til enker, pastorer etc. Familien Lazarus har plantet MANGE menigheter i det hedenske Tamil Nadu området samt i andre indiske stater, og står på for Herren! De har flere ganger vært i Norge, hvor Gud har brukt dem mektig, spesielt i Rogaland, og i særdeleshet i Nord-Rogaland. Ønsker du å gi penger til trengende, men lurer på hvor de gjør mest nytte for seg, da kan du trygt støtte dette arbeidet!

Bildet til venstre: fra korstog som John Kjetil Lode holdt i unådd landsby i India i februar 2001. Disse menneskene hadde aldri hørt evangeliet om Jesus Kristus. Nå har vi bygd en pen liten kirke der, og mange nyfrelste tilhører denne.

KENYA: End Time Harvest Church, ledet av Fredrick W. Ogara. Arbeidet er i sterk vekst og teller per mars 2004 ca. 50 nyplantede menigheter og ca 20 bibelskoler samt barnehjem i byen Bungoma, der Fredrick bor. Fredrick har 10 barn inkludert noen han selv har adoptert. Han har vært flere ganger i Norge, hvor han blant annet har gått på lederkurs ved Levende Ord Bibelsenter i Bergen. Biskop Ogara har et meget klart og radikalt budskap å bringe, samtidig som han er en varm og mild person. Dette arbeidet trenger MYE økonomisk støtte. Vi håper å kunne få igang et prosjekt til selvhjelp der nede som går ut på salg av mopeder og mc fra India. Ved hjelp av disse kan det startes taxi-trafikk som skaper arbeidsplasser, samt blir til velsignelse for hele området. Landsbyer som ikke kan nås med bil blir nå tilgjengelige. Surely, the harvest here is ripe and in plenty but the laborers are few, some of them are still living under the old school of thoughts of being within four walls waiting to minister on Sunday and midweek meetings.The Lord has impressed on us to move out of our cacoons and we are now seeing the results. We have an on going conference, I tell you Pastor John, to break already established norms is not easy, it is like going uphill, But we have no alternative but to push on no matter what. You missionaries you did a wonderfull work in us, but our people does not understand about the next stage where God has reached.

 About the ministry and the work I am involved in:- Pastor Fredrick W.Ogara founded the church Endtime Harvest in 1989, with less than 10 people (Adults) in 10ft by 10ft room. Pastor Ogara accepted Jesus Christ in 1978 a former Roman Catholic member and altar boy from a catholic background grandparents. In 1990 the church membership grew to 30 people, then we moved to a larger space, as per now the church has more than 50 church branches all over Kenya and Eastern Uganda. The estimated membership is over 4500 people including children. Pastor Fredrick Ogara is a holder of BTh.Degree, two Diplomas in Biblical studies and three certificates one from Levende Ord Bergen in church leadership and pioneers course. He is now doing masters of Theology with Global Outreach Ministries International USA (Distant student). Target areas of interest and activities:- · We are reaching rural areas (into villages), with evangelism, church planting and Discipleship Training program · Schools, Bible and good news tracts distributions Evangelism: We send teams into villages to preach good news, to harvest souls back to God and thereafter plant church where necessary as the Holy Spirit leads. Church Planting: We believe in teaching the church into growth and then church will build a church sanctuary. In this case suppose we enter into a village then preach the gospel and then later some people accepts our message, we immediately start a church that could be meeting either under the tree with midweek meetings in homes or in some ones house till the church is mature enough to purchase land and later put up a structure for the church to meet in. (However this process takes a long time but sometimes gives people a sense of belonging) we don?t rule out if anyone feels to support in any form it varies from place to place depending on locality. Missions: We are very much involved in mission work, the Lord has given us favor that many people invites us for deliverance seminars and teachings, Evangelical crusades, counseling, sometimes I travel with a small team or a bigger team depending on the nature of the work a head of us. The automobile I have is not reliable; it needs a major repair to put it back to the form. Discipleship Training Program: We have a vision of making every church branch a Bible school (Discipleship center) as per now we have over 20 Bible school centers; pastors with teaching gifts teach their own centers. Enrolling students from the local church and also from other churches and ministries, but on graduation they must go back to their own ministries where they came from. Because of this policy, we have gained respect and good reputation that even pastor and church leaders from different organizations are our students. Because we allow them start the same in their own churches (We are building the Kingdom of God, not our own small kingdoms) Curriculum: We offer 24 lessons in certificate level on understanding foundation truth, takes about 3 months intensive teaching. But we don?t allow that we have a flexible way of approach, we sent a teacher to a school for a week or two depending on arrangements set with local leadership from Monday through Friday about four to six hours a day. They sit for exams. Qualifications- we allow every one educated or not educated through this we have seen a very good response and sense of commitment from especially no educated they are able to cram and meditate but they aren?t allowed for Diploma. Let me just high lighten first few subjects: Solid Foundation- the emphasis is on laying a strong Christian foundation, as the building cannot be stronger than the foundation since the foundation bears the weight. Most of our churches lack proper basic foundations as many were founded on prosperity messages things that were imported from UN Biblical source. We touch on family foundations, ancestral foundations, peers foundations, religious foundations etc these are the things that makes the gospel to have no effect in our Christian walk. Proper Christian Birth We: help a believer to examine the need, process and evidence of a true Christian birth. The Doctrine of Baptisms: This consist of both water and Holy Sprit Baptisms Born Into the Kingdom Believers must understand the distinction between the church and the Kingdom, to be born into the kingdom of God and to be added into the church. Well these are some of the few teachings we offer to our people, they are able to speak to the land that was speaking against them and command the land to speak positively, animals that couldn?t produce enough milk now gives enough. The nature is really responding to the amazement of many?. Problem: Transport and subsistence to the teachers has been the biggest hindrances, out of our meager resources we collect from Sunday offerings we use that to send a minister at least once in a while.
