     This exceptional Red Wine of organic agriculture is obtained exclusively from the red wine vine varieties of the Region of Lafões (Jaen, Touriga and Amaral), which are the ones that are legally recommended, for having passed the test of time with its characteristic wine. Those grapes are grown, nowadays through a process of organic agriculture, in those same extremely old red wine vine-stocks, and which together give a pure, red, light and fruity wine, with a low alcohol percentage and that is slightly acidic, yet smooth. It should be drunk at up to 18º C., with game, meat or cheese dishes, in order to thoroughly appreciate the “bouquet' and the heterogeneity of its original and complex constitution, which leaves the wine enthusiast perplexed.
