• You must be highly professional: responsible, reliable, and unfailingly polite.
• You must have excellent telephone skills and be comfortable making and keeping business appointments
• You must be an excellent record-keeper, fulfilling comprehensive requirements for information-gathering and transfer
• You must have an outstanding and unfailing sense of humour
