HOW DO I ORDER?

HOW CAN I PAY?
(1) by credit / debit card through the SECURE link to the “Worldpay” website, or (2) pay by cheque, or (3) call us on: 020-8394-2659 and provide your credit / debit card details on the phone.
HOW SECURE ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
All orders go through a 3rd party site “Worldpay”, which is very secure. We will not retain your credit card details on file.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Wherever possible we despatch same day. Lighter items (Barrier cream and Ointment) are despatched First Class, the larger items (Shampoo and Coat Gloss) are sent Parcelforce, which takes around 3 days.
WHO STOCKS OUR PRODUCTS?
Please call us to see whether there is a stockist near you. If there is not we can contact your local shop and suggest that they may like to carry our products.
