Our Refund Policy
We believe in our products so much that we offer a "no quibble" guarantee to refund your money. All we ask is that if you claim, you do so within 30 days of your purchase and produce your receipt (this may be asked for if we cannot trace your purchase).
However, where the refund is due to a customer error (or the customer simply changes their mind) then we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund by 20% representing our restocking fee (£5 minimum).
This our refund policy is partially due to the strict conditions laid down by our partner @ Worldpay ensuring that customers receive good service & our own high quality of customer service.
