The conference is open to
all persons interested, but due to the limited number of available places,
artists, professionals and others applying for professional reasons will be
given preference. Therefore, selection will be done in two stages, taking
place April 15th for artists and professionals and May 1st
for other applicants. Places remaining available after both selections will
be sold on a first-come basis.

around the conference are sold on a first-come basis independently of the
conference.
