As you know, I work in close dialogue with my customers. I once sent out an email asking if my female customers might be interested in a shaving cream for women, seeing that the shaving cream for men had grown so popular? I was swamped with enthusiastic answers and had no choice but to follow up on my proposal and promptly create a shaving cream for women. And the rest, as they say, is "Herstory" | | | Shaving cream for Women differd from the other shaving cream only in that it has a small amount of betain added, to make it more smooth flowing and latherable without a brush. I realise that many women prefer the regular shaving cream, and with scents such as Vanilla Absolu, Rose, Neroli and East Indies to choose from, who can blame them. Why should the men have monopoly on good shaving cream? With the delicate areas that women subject to shaving, it should be all the more important to be particular with what you shave with.
This shaving cream is particularly gentle. It is a tad softer than the one designed for the menfolk, considering that we women usually just smooth the cream onto our skin and lather it with our hands, whereas the men are more into the shaving brush thing. The fragrance is pure vanilla. Vanilla absoul essential oil and organic vanilla bourbon extract, and real vanilla bean (there are little black specs in the shaving cream to prove it).
And yes, it is gentle enought to use on the bikini line as well as underarms and legs.
So leave his shaving cream alone and get your own. It is about time. |

As I was pondering the whole shaving product for women issue, the idea came to me that I should make a really, really good moisturising body cream, using only pure organic oils. So the sheabutter coconut oil moisturiser came to be. And what a moisturiser. The organic, unrefined oils used in this cream are so sweet smelling that there was no need to add any essential oils. The result is the most gentle, pure moisturiser you can imagine. Just perfect for soothing newly shaved skin.
