The Annual Program Without Frontiers is working with filmmakers all over the world fighting together for a cinema without censorship and without discrimination.

We work the whole year, publishing articles from independent filmmakers in our website and newsletter, organizing events all around the world, using new technologies for promoting talented artists from any countries and relating them with the international cinema industry. 

There are some news regarding the festival development.
 
Without changing neither the nature nor the spirit of our Festivals, we are from now on inviting filmmakers to show their films to the Festival's audience online and, off course, to their colleagues.
 
The online screening will not be mandatory for participation, since some filmmakers may have previous contracts or legal reasons for non accepting.
 
In this case, these films will be evaluated in the same conditions for equality of opportunities, but will only be displayed for the Committee de Art of the Program and the Jury of the Festival.
 
With this only exception, films will be screened online at the Festival's site.
