M. Gindzberg For equality of opportunities, in the Festivals of the Program, the Jury displays all the films as the same kind of digital files and at the same quality level. After registration, producers send their films to our technical provider, for digitizing, converting to official format, and uploading to Festival servers for evaluation by Internet. First, the movies are displayed by the Committee of Art of the Program. The Committee can determine Special Mentions. Then, the Jury of each Festival evaluates the films on line, and grants the Prizes.   The Awards are announced by Internet and distributed by International Press Media. We inform about the results of the Festivals, and send the certificates to the winners.   M. Gindzberg President Committee of Art

Carlos Martinez Our Program was created to valorize the cinema production, independently of the economic investment, generating an ample interchange of aesthetic and ideas between artists of diverse cultures.   It does not favor to famous ones nor discriminates against beginners.
