Le FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DE BIARRITZ calls short films producers worldwide to participate with their works.

It does not favour celebrities nor does it discriminate beginners. All contents, forms and techniques are admitted. There is no censorship in this Festival.

It does not consider the original format: the shorts will be sent by Internet and displayed in the approved digital form. There is also a DVD, CD-ROM, miniDV or VHS submission option.

The International Jury will award the following categories: screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realisation.

The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to the Best Short Film.

The late deadline to the FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DE BIARRITZ 2004 is January 31st, 2003. The announcement of the Awards is programmed for April 30th, 2004.
