"I had a great time watching the films. I am thankful to Robert, Laura and Igal for their careful and perceptive category selections. I learned a lot and was glad to see some films by filmmakers who I have noticed in competitions before.
I would say this about the winning films: they all had the "involvement" factor, that is, I was completely taken in by their story and artistry and they left my heart and mind far more open after the viewing.
I am very honored to have had the privilege to be involved in this festival and I take from it a lot of inspiration and an expanded sense of how powerful and delightful short films can be."

Stephen Keep Mills
President of the Jury

"What a wonderful array of films that did not make evaluations easy! I devoted serious time to studying these films, some several times over again, and enjoyed every moment. Congratulations to everyone in the competition."

Laura Carruthers
International Jury

"Congratulations to all winners of this year's excellent festival. I am glad to see that my results met the overall decisions of the jury to such a large extent. It was a pleasure sitting on the jury and having the opportunity to see such a diverse mix of ambitious, artful, entertaining and meaningful short films. My congratulations also go to Stephen Keep Mills for his considered presidency"

Robert Cambrinus
International Jury

"I enjoy your festival very much and it was an honor to participate in the international jury. It was a pleasure to see all these wonderful inspired movies.
My biggest gratification is the feeling that I become filled from the affluence of cinema and the human feelings"

Igal Peeri
International Jury

"The diversity of the films was very interesting for me, both from the stories themselves, as well as the styles used, covering a wide range of aesthetics in terms of narrative and technical resources."

Agustin Cano Correa
Committee of Art
