2003 Awarded Films

Le FESTIVAL DU CINEMA DE BRUXELLES calls producers worldwide to participate with their Fiction and Documentary Films or Videos.

This Festival is incorporated into the Programme Annuel Sans Frontières to valorise this Cinema Art, focusing on talent and artistic outcome, instead of the financial investment.

It does not favour celebrities nor does it discriminate to beginners. There is no censorship in this Festival. All contents, forms and techniques, are admitted.

For equality of opportunities, it does not consider the original format. All films will be displayed for evaluation of the Jury in the official digital format.

Producers will submit the Entry Form by Internet, and a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS copy to our technical provider lab address for digitising and converting.

The International Jury will award screenplay, direction, actor and actress performances, art, photography, edition, and integral realisation. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to Best Fiction Film and the Special Prize to Best Documentary Film.
