Waste Collection                                                                                                                       As the Bio-bin® is UN 3291 approved it will be accepted by any registered waste collection company. Below is a selection of companies who recognise the Bio-bin® and are happy to collect it. A major problem that incinerators face is that they have to mix plastic and non-plastic waste. This is done because if they burn plastic alone the temperature in the incinerator gets to hot causing the brick lining to corrode prematurely. This results in having to shut down the incinerator to reline it with fire bricks at great cost. Another benefit of the paper construction of the Bio-bin® is that it automatically reduces the amount of plastic being incinerated thus reducing the temperature.
