Improving your Performance

Whether the performance is: making the Best Man's speach, giving a presentation at work or giving your best performance in sport, hypnotism may be able to help you to perform at your best.

Many people find that they know how to perform a task, and how to do it well, but somehow, "something" gets in the way. The "something" can be:

  • Fear of doing whatever it is,
  • Fear of other peoples' response,
  • Fear of what they, themselves, will do.

These things can be tackled with hypnosis. A typical treatment plan would include suggestions to:

  • Make you stronger, so you have greater confidence in your own ability,
  • Help you concentrate entirely on what you are doing, rather than the audience, or yourself
  • Help you prepare better and more effectively
  • Give you opportunities to rehearse ("inside your head"), so that when you come to making your performance, you feel you've done it all before.
