Advanced Machinery Services have invested in a state-of-the-art spindle build facility to meet the exacting demands of its customers.

Unlike may other companies using fixed speed equipment, our inverter driven test rig allows the spindles to be run in at controlled rate before ramping up to full speed.

This prevents damage to the bearings, and increases the life of all spindle rebuilds.

We offer either a straight forward bearing exchange right through to complete new spindle supply.

Our engineers have been rebuilding spindles for over 20 years and have the experience to diagnose and rectify assembly and balance problems that may result in reduced spindle life.
