AlephZeph Consulting C.C. (Reg no: 2001/064166/23) was founded by Jurgens Pieterse as a professional management consulting practise on 13 August 2001.
Name
The name AlephZeph Consulting C.C. was derived from the ancient Sumerian alphabet meaning A and Z. The name was chosen to emphasize the vision of AlephZeph to deliver a complete professional service (from A to Z.) and continuous progression (from A to Z). The repetitive 'eph' sound contains the principle of progresive approximation and continuous improvement as companies evolve their customer value growth strategies.
Logo

The logo incorporates the concept of cyclic progression but emphasize the balance that must be gained in the duality of customer value expected and customer value experienced. The symbol indicates the transformation that needed to leverage the power of customer intimacy.
Vision
The vision is to enable company's to grow customer value both from the customer's and the compay's perspectives. The company perspective implies increasing the life time value of a customer, the share of wallet per customer, profitability per customer as well as market share. The customer perspective implies that the customer perceives a higher value experience in terms of convenience, cycle times, service, quality and cost. Both perspectives must grow in a win-win relationship in a customer value growth strategy.

AlephZeph Consulting C.C. is located in the Western Cape, South Africa. Services are primarily rendered throughout Southern Africa with a customer base both in Gauteng and in the Western Cape.

Jurgens has about twelf years of experience in various industries, with five years in the capacity of management consulting. Jurgens has build up skills in Performance management, Business process reengineering (BPR), Enterprise architecture strategies (EAS), Customer relationship management (CRM), Business intelligence, Knowledge management, Change managment, Project management. All these skills are applied as tools to ensure the result of customer value growth.

AlephZeph's consulting approach is a unique form of Visual Consulting. The main methodologies used by AlephZeph are utilising Microsoft Visio to visualise the outcome of the consulting approach. AlephZeph have developed a unique set of stencils that allows organisations to develop customer strategies visually. Visual consulting has proven to be much more powerful in enabling employees to conceptualise customer strategies. Visual consulting aims to increase the success ratio of customer strategies with up to 60%. Visual consulting is powerful because it stimulates both creative and analytical thinking.
