The San Francisco Short Film Festival calls producers worldwide to participate with their shorts. This Festival is incorporated into the Annual Program Without Frontiers promoted by the Film Festivals International Federation to valorize Short Films Art, focusing on talent and artistic outcome, instead of the financial investment. It does not favor celebrities nor does it discriminate beginners. All contents, forms and techniques, are admitted. There is no censorship in this Festival. Does not matter the original format, the shorts will be sent by Internet and displayed in the approved digital form. There is a DVD, CD-ROM, MiniDV or VHS submission option. The Jury will award the Categories: integral realization, actor and actress performances, screenplay, direction, photography, art, and edition. The Jury will also grant The Special Prize to Best Short Film. Late deadline to the San Francisco Short Film Festival is March 31, 2010. Announcement of the Awards is scheduled for June 30th, 2010.
